Is the space wheelchair accessible?

Yes, our entire venue, including the ceremony sites and amenities, is fully wheelchair accessible.

How many guests can you accommodate?

Our reception tent comfortably accommodates up to 200 guests.

Planning something larger? We can accommodate up to 250 guests with additional rentals and upgrades, including tables and chairs.

What ceremony locations are available?

We currently offer multiple ceremony location options, including:

  • Our bridge ceremony site

  • Our meadow ceremony area

Availability may vary depending on weather and seasonal conditions.

Does the Meadowview at Rosengard Haven have a space for the wedding party to prepare?

Yes, we have the Bridal Lounge, a dedicated space designed for the wedding party's comfort and convenience before the ceremony.

Where can our guests park?

We offer a spacious parking area that can accommodate up to 100 vehicles, ensuring that guests can arrive and depart with ease.

Where can guests stay after the event?

We recommend exploring the many hotels in and around the location.

Is there a cocktail hour area?

Yes — Meadowview Weddings includes a dedicated cocktails and games area with bistro lighting for guests to enjoy between the ceremony and reception.

What’s included in our package?

Your wedding package includes:

  • Reception tent

  • Bridal lounge tent

  • Tables and chairs (up to 200 guests)

  • Ceremony setup and chair transitions

  • Dancefloor

  • Flushable portable washrooms

  • Patio furniture

Do we need to use your DJ?

Yes — all music and sound services are provided exclusively through Summer Bounce Entertainment.

Outside entertainment providers offering the same services are not permitted.

Will you provide sound for our ceremony and reception?

Absolutely. All sound and music are provided exclusively by Summer Bounce Entertainment.

Is your base package customizable? Can the credits be removed?

No, the credits cannot be removed. We’ve tailored services to complement the venue.

What kind of lighting is included?

The reception tent includes ambient ceiling twinkle lighting and bistro lighting designed to create a warm and elegant atmosphere throughout the evening.

The property also features ambient outdoor lighting throughout key guest areas and pathways.

Event Policies:

Who serves the alcohol?

Alcohol must be served through our approved bartending service.

Bartending fees apply based on guest count.

Outside bartenders and self-serve alcohol are not permitted.

Customers are responsible for applying and obtaining their own liquor permit.

Can we decorate with candles?

For safety reasons, real candles are not permitted. We recommend using flameless candles.

What if it rains?

Our venue is equipped to handle unexpected weather changes; ceremonies can be held inside our tent.

Is there a damage policy?

Yes, a 7% damage waiver covers up to $2,000 worth of damage. Clients are responsible for any damages exceeding this amount.

Can we have a fire?

Yes, in designated areas, subject to any prevailing fire bans or restrictions.

What restrictions should we be aware of?

We do not permit fireworks or confetti. All outside vendors must clean up by 1 AM. The client is responsible for cleaning up personal items.

Will someone be on-site during our wedding?

Yes — a dedicated on-site venue manager will be present throughout your wedding day to oversee venue operations, property management, and overall event flow related to the venue itself.

Are fireworks allowed?

Fireworks are permitted only when operated by a licensed professional.

They must:

  • Be approved by management in writing

  • Be submitted for approval at least 30 days in advance

Unauthorized fireworks are not permitted.

Can guests leave their vehicles overnight?

Yes — overnight parking is allowed.

All vehicles must be removed by 10:00 AM the following day.

For any vehicle left overnight, pickup must be arranged with at least 30 minutes’ notice, as the property is locked and secured outside of event hours.

Sleeping in vehicles on the property is not permitted.

What are we responsible for cleaning?

  • Vendors are responsible for cleaning up their own materials

  • Clients are responsible for removing personal items and décor

All garbage must be placed in provided bins.

Additional cleaning fees may apply if excessive cleanup is required.

Can we bring our own vendors?

Yes — you may bring your own vendors provided they follow venue policies and timelines.

Please note:

  • Vendor setup and deliveries must be coordinated in advance

Vendors offering services already provided by Meadowview Weddings (such as catering, décor, or entertainment) are not permitted.

Clients are fully responsible for vendor conduct and compliance.

Additional Amenities:

Do we need insurance?

Yes — event liability insurance is required with a minimum coverage of $1,000,000.

You must list:

  • Endless Events Group

  • Meadowview Weddings

as additional insured.

We also offer an optional damage protection plan covering up to $2,000 in accidental damage.
