  • Designated areas: Head table, guest book table, caterer

  • 24x24 Oakfinish Dancefloor

  • Fans for cooling & Heaters for warming the reception tent

Food & Beverage:

  • Bar Tent* (400 Sq ft Client provides bartenders, alcohol & permit)

    *can be switched to permanent outdoor rustic bar

  • Caterers Tent (400 Sq ft) (Pioneer Catering is our selected caterer)

Cocktails:

  • Cocktails & Games area with bistro lighting

Ceremony:

  • 2 Ceremony Sites: Over the bridge & in the meadow

  • Classic White padded folding chairs for all guests

  • Ceremony Audio & Production Services (Available with your $500 to Summer Bounce Entertainment.)

  • Ceremony furniture (signing table & chairs)

  • Ceremony umbrellas for guests

Outdoors:

  • Fireplace with sitting area

  • Ambient Outdoor lighting, walking paths, and scenic view

Coordination:

  • Dedicated On-Site Venue Wedding Coordinator

Guest Amenities:

  • Climate-Controlled Luxury Bathroom Trailer

  • Parking for up to 100 cars
